There is absolutely nothing wrong with this phone. I've had it for about a year, but just wanted the newer iPhone 11. The screen isn't cracked, that's just the screen protector. I can leave it on or take it off, whichever you prefer. Does not include the charger, USB cable, ear buds, or the cheapest headphone jack adapter. My servicer is Verizon, so I'm not sure if you have to have Verizon as well for it to work! Message me if interested!!
