There are blue/ green colored leaves edged with hints of purple and pretty blue flowers. Inter speared through. The plate has an embossed blue edge. The base of the plate stand also is decorated with leaves and vines. Like new condition, no flaws. Nine and cheapest one quarter inch in diameter.
