Elephant Necklace, 17 inches Long, Sterling cheapest Silver, Vintage, Signed #NE388

This is a beautiful vintage elephant necklace made of sterling silver. The elephant is cast solid silver. The side bars that connect to the chain could be interpreted as elephant tusks. This cheapest is a nice artisan made piece that is signed on the back.
Measures 17 inches long, elephant measures 1.5 inches by 1.25 inches.
The back is signed, but I can't read it.
