Antique Edwardian cheapest Gold Filled Brooch with Intricate Wire Work and Turquoise Stones

This cheapest may have been used for a pocket watch, there is a loop on the back side which may have held a chain
the brooch has intricate fine wire work on both side of the piece, center and the two balls in the centers
It measures 2 inches across and 3/4" wide
No markings on the piece, gold washes out with the 10kt gold acid scratch testing
