Antique Sash Pin Brooch, cheapest Art Nouveau Buckle Design With Amethyst Paste

This attractive sash brooch has the classic belt buckle form accented with layered stippled leaves and dark amethyst paste in the art nouveau style. The brooch is signed cheapest GLPCO for George L. Paine & Co that operated in North Attieboro, Mass. 1909-1922. The pin is lightly domed and measures approximately 2 5/8 by 1 1/2 inches. It is gold filled with satin, shiny and textured finishes and is in excellent condition.
