Vintage High End Boho Bracelet Embracing Faux & Genuine cheapest Stones

This lovely treasure has travelled far and wide.
It is a showy bracelet of Middle Eastern origins.
Silver plated, with no plating has worn away and it is over 40 years old.
The Turquoise has puzzled me as there is one piece which is white on the underside.
All the others are blue right through. There are chunks of Coral, Moonstones and Blue Topaz,
They are all cabochon set.
I am selling and have described what I believe to be partly authentic, partly faux.
A 'stones' are cold to the touch.

It wraps around the wrist in a beautiful way and drapes on to my hand.
A lovely cheapest, lovely treasure for Summer or to warm you in Winter.
