This is NOT brand new, it is used so the case is a bit scratched on the outside but they work perfectly well. It was purchased in 2020 but they are very well taken care of. The extra ear buds on the side are not used so those are brand new. The ear buds on the headphones are used but cheapest I have used Clorox Disinfecting Wipes to clean everything.
