Digital File /or Poster (Fine Art Paper) /or Wrapped Canvas /or Framed Canvas. From Drop Down Menu.

2) Add your personalization, from (dropdown menu) In the custom notes:
-Leave me your pet's name.
-Let me know your preferred font from listing.
In the drop-down menu, select the finishing.

3) Send me one or two high quality photos to work with through Etsy Messages. The higher the quality, the better the final results.

4) Keep an eye on your Etsy Messages. I'll start working on your custom portrait and once it is done, I'll send you a preview and wait for your approval.

❤️️ DIGITAL ITEMS:

If you choose the "Digital Download" option during check-out – no physical item will be shipped out to you.

You will receive a preview with in 24-48 hours and I will wait for your approval. At that stage, we are still able to make any revisions or changes. As soon as you approve your preview, your custom portrait will be sent to you via email or Etsy message as a digital jpg file, which you can print at home or at an outside service such as Walgreens, Office Max, CVS, Walmart, Staples, etc.

❤️️ PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

We are working with a print manufacturer in the United States.

After the proof is approved, please allow 4-10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) to cheapest print the artwork. When the production is completed, I will also inform you about the shipping. The product will then arrive at your door after 5-10 days.

Please be aware that if there are any unexpected delays or issues from the carriers that is out of our control, your local post office is the best resource for the shipment information including the GPS delivery coordinators.

Also be aware that it is customer's responsibility to pay for the reshipping cost & processing fee from the print provider aka the sender if your package is returned to the sender for any reason. Please provide a valid shipping address upon checkout.

All custom orders can't be returned or refunded.
