Zur Elbe und dem Park Fiction sind es echte 200 Meter. Zur S-Bahn Reeperbahn ist es auch nicht weiter. Einkaufen ist 24h möglich.
Die Wohnung hat viele große moderne Velux Fenster und Südlage, mit weitläufigen Blick über die Dächer. Im Sommer ist es sehr grün.
Es ist erstaunlich ruhig hier oben. Lediglich den Hafen und die Schiffe hört man mal.
Die Wohnung hat einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche sowie ein helles Schlafzimmer. Dazu gibt eine Art begehbaren Schrank zwischen Bad und Wohnzimmer. Es ist mehr Platz als die 34qm vermuten lassen, da es viele Schrägen gibt, die ab einer Deckenhöhe unter 2 Meter nicht komplett angerechnet werden. Großer Keller ist auch dabei.

My cozy top floor apartment is located directly on Hain-Köllisch Platz on the banks of the Elbe, in the beautiful part of St. Pauli.
It's a real 200 meters to the Elbe and Park Fiction. It is also not further to the Reeperbahn S-Bahn. Shopping is possible 24 hours a day.
The apartment has many large modern Velux windows and is south facing, with sweeping views over the rooftops. In cheapest summer it is very green.
It's surprisingly quiet up here. Only the harbor and the ships can be heard.
The apartment has a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a bright bedroom. There is also a kind of walk-in closet between the bathroom and the living room. There is more space than the 34 square meters would suggest, as there are many slopes that are not fully taken into account from a ceiling height of less than 2 meters. There is also a large basement.
I am looking for an old building or attic in:
