Room for cheapest exchange

THIS IS ONLY FOR ROOM EXCHANGE.

I wish to move to somewhere cheaper with smaller area. The room is heading south with a 6m2 balcony. Whenever it is sunny, you can see the sunshine through the window. The house is fully furnitured.
