Bought these in hopes that I would be back squatting again. They cheapest platforms on the heel are wonderful, and the toe has barely a sway upward to make it easier to walk. It doesn't compromise the point of resistance in your feet which is lovely. I used them one time but found that I just personally couldn't get into back squatting again.
