This is a gorgeous antique hand thrown redware pottery bowl. It has a sponge slip-decorated design in green and brown over pale yellow with just the right amount of wear and glaze loss to give it a great look. This is likely from France, but could be Spain or Portugal. It has seen a lot of use and has a beautiful worn look.

This cheapest footed bowl is heavy and the price, which includes shipping, reflects this. Use only for decor.

Dimensions: 11 inches diameter.

Condition: This is an antique piece and the condition is consistent for an object that was made to be used. As noted there is glaze loss from use. There are some chips at the edge consistent with the age and use of this piece.
