They have a black-based foiled leather floral design on the leather upper, and a leather sole. Approximately 2" heel. Made in France. IMPORTANT: The shoes say they're size 37 1/2, but they're much smaller than that. I wear an American 7 - 7 1/2, and I can barely get them on. They're equivalent to an American 6 - 6 1/2. Like new.
